Valentina Primo is an award-winning entrepreneur, journalist, author, and founder of Startups Without Borders, a global organization supporting more than 20,000 refugees and migrants to reclaim their future through entrepreneurship. She has spent over a decade building ecosystems that empower displaced youth to solve global challenges, and advocating for migration as a force for innovation. A recognized thought leader on social impact, she is a 2025–2026 Obama Scholar, recipient of the Women in Excellence Award, and has delivered keynote speeches across 15+ countries.
As a journalist, Valentina’s storytelling and photography spotlight communities transforming the world from unexpected places. She founded Startup Scene Middle East, Egypt’s first major entrepreneurship media platform, and her work has appeared in BBC, Forbes, and Entrepreneur.com.
